Eric David Johnson (aka DJ Bunny Ears) is a music supervisor, director, filmmaker, writer, DJ, musician, artist, photographer & producer.

After living in Portland, Oregon where he worked as the Music Supervisor at Wieden + Kennedy for over 8 years, he has since relocated to Brooklyn to take on the role of Music Producer at Young & Rubicam NY.

In the past, Eric has been a music supervisor on such films as the documentary, Helvetica, Nike SB’s “Nothing But The Truth”, The Auteur, the surf documentary, Chasing Waves and most recently, Objectified. He has also directed music videos for M. Ward, Cursive & Chin Up Chin Up, as well as TV commercials for Nike.

With his former bands, Pulseprogramming & Riddenpaa and as a DJ, he’s performed nationally and internationally, including San Francisco’s MOMA, Chicago’s MCA, PICA’s TBA Festival, CMJ Festival 2008, Flux Event at the Hammer Museum in Los Angeles, the Paris radio station “Radio Nova” and Barcelona’s electronic music festival, Sonar.

His work has been featured on MTV2’s Subterranean, CNN Headline News’ “Paste Magazine’s Picks”, Rollingstone.com, Pitchfork.com, AOL’s Spinner.com, Country Music Television, FuseTV, The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, Plexifilm.com, Much Music, at London’s Antenna Festival, the Dublab Film Series/A Labrat Matinee, the San Francisco Film Society Second Annual International Animation Festival, at the 2007 L.A. Film Festival, in Shots magazine/New Directors, the One Show, Stash DVD magazine, Tokion, 'boards, Flaunt, URB, Wallpaper, SOMA, Bomb, RES, Black Book, WIRE, Alternative Press, and on John Peel’s BBC Radio 1 show.

He currently DJs with his crew, Silent Knights, is about to publish an art book of Polaroid photography and continues to co-run the independent record label, Fryk Beat.
